At present, careful consideration is being given to future investment required in property and infrastructure within the Enterprise Zone to serve the future needs of businesses. St Athan Aerospace Business Park – an established strategic business park, with a major MoD presence and a base for aerospace activity for more than half a century.
Cardiff Airport Zone – includes Cardiff Airport and land and facilities close to the airport for opportunities surrounding MRO and fast movement of aerospace parts, storage and salvage, cargo operations and freight-related businesses.
Gateway Development Zone - includes potential development land close to Cardiff airport.
