  • The BAP has already attracted considerable investor interest and project proposals of companies such as Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Jupiter Aviation, Dynamic Technologies, Centum Electronics, Starragheckert, AMADA, BEML, Wipro, Tyco, Dynatech, System Controls, Aero Electronics Private Limited and Several others have been approved.
  • Country based aerospace clusters on the anvil.
  • Aerospace University and a Technology Innovation Center in collaboration with reputed overseas institutions are proposed.
  • An International Convention Centre is proposed in 30 acres of land near BAP


A report in the Bangalore Mirror in August 2014 states....

The facility, known as the KIADB Bengaluru Aerospace Park, has already seen Wipro and Swiss machine tools manufacturer Starrag set up base there. The big news, however, is that Rolls-Royce, the marquee British company which is the world's second largest aircraft engine manufacturer, is setting up a joint venture with Indian defence major Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) at the same venue.
