Skycity is set to establish the first Airport Free Zone in Abu Dhabi – a comprehensive Business Park promoting diversified private sector investments into the Emirate. Skycity provides comprehensive warehousing and fully serviced office solutions to a broad spectrum of business sectors including aviation, aerospace and logistics.
The development of Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone will include two phases: the phase 1 will include Abu Dhabi Airport Logistics Park which serves companies operating in aviation, cargo, warehousing, supply, logistics and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sectors and the phase 2 will offer storage, warehousing and light industrial units and plots of lands for development.
Skycity’s creation aims to establish a unique and preferred business destination for international and local organisations in the aviation, aerospace and airport services, as well as logistics, cargo and freight sectors. Other target sectors cover all aviation-friendly and light industrial activities seeking to gain advantage from close proximity to the airport for import and export requirements.
